Step1: Go to https://quidditch-zkverifiers.lumoz.org/

Step2: Connect wallet

Step3: Click Staking

Step4: Select Staked Nodes

Step5: Click on the node you want to unstake.

Step6: Click Unstake button.

Step7: Enter the amount you want to unstake

Step8: Click the Unstake button and confirm in your wallet.
